Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

Michael Palso, a native Floridian, was appointed chief executive officer of the company in June 2007. Mr. Palso, a veteran in the Internet media industry, has been instrumental in building Synergy-Media into a solid media solution company. Since the company's founding, Mr. Palso has been a key member of the executive management team. His focus at SM has included corporate strategy, Synergy-Media's technology vision, strategic business partnerships and joint ventures, and recruiting key talent.

Palso, an experienced Systems Engineer has worked in the technology field for over fifteen (15) years. Performing consulting, system development, design, and complete implementation project management. He developed training and support programs for end-users in the insurance and banking industry. He participates in speaking engagements throughout the country on various IT related topics. He is the key liaison for customer satisfaction, interfacing with and developing professional relationships within the organization at all levels.

Mr. Palso served ten (10) years in the Army as part of the Signal Corp and holds a B.S. from the UT.

Chief Architect, Co-Founder

Vlad Kozon serves as the chief architect of Synergy-Media's development group and is a key member of the company's executive team. In this role, Kozin oversees the majority of SM's consumer-facing assets, FranchiseFrontier.com, the internet's premier franchise directory. Monkey-Run.com, a coupon, discount and deals site incorporating a comparison shopping co-brand with PriceGrabber.com, as well as the media properties.

Kozon holds a M.S. from the Moscow Engineering Institute.

Kozon has been a Senior Software Application Developer and Architect for more than fifteen (15) years using multiple technologies. He has worked with the .NET platform, using C# and SOAP/XML webservices to design, code, implement, and support document management systems, web portals, and ecommerce sites. He has extensive experience with clients of all sizes including several in the financial industry such as Bank of America, Wachovia, Commerce Bank, Citizens Bank and Wells Fargo.

Executive Vice President, Marketing and Partnerships, Co-Founder

Liza Payne is Executive Vice President of Synergy-Media's Marketing and Partnership Solutions Division. This organization brings together advertising sales, online channels, and the company's Partnerships team. This group will meet advertisers' needs by getting them access to the best audiences on and off the network and serve publisher needs by bringing national and local advertisers to reach their diverse audiences.

When Payne joined the company in September of 2006, she became the leader of all marketing resources for FranchiseFrontier.com. In that role, she was charged with developing an overarching classified and listings strategy as well as day-to-day oversight of FranchiseFrontier's listings and commerce. Additionally, Payne has been instrumental in the creation and development of a significant cross-company partnership including various daily newspapers.

Executive Vice President, Human Resources

Devon Mitchell is responsible for leading Synergy-Media's human resources efforts. She focuses on attracting, retaining, and developing SM's employees who promote and strengthen the company culture.

Prior to joining Synergy-Media, Mitchell was "vice president of people" at Fiber Source, where she led all human resources functions including employment, training, benefits and compensation. She also played a key role in developing an employment brand strategy, which helped double employee growth and fostered the company's reputation as a leader in Fiber Technology.
